Store Policy

All orders are processed from our Alameda,CA studio within 3 business days. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sales.  We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping.  For buyers interested in Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which includes these services.  If you wish to upgrade please contact us at for a quote. 

If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the US - taxes, customs and import duties will be levied by the customers local government on top of our shipping cost.  All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be shipping from Alameda, California USA, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US Dollars. 

We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. Please note that once an order is scanned by the carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Micaela Greg is no longer liable.  Please remember, as a small business, we have access to just as much information as you do when tracking the package. 

We are also not responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail. Please email us to request insurance if desired.  Please be sure you submit a safe delivery address and communicate with your local carrier about any specific delivery requests.  Once an item shows as delivered we are unable to acquire additional information in most cases and are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If you would like us to include signature confirmation when shipping the package, please email us to request this.


Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.  Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Please contact us for a return instructions before returning or exchanging items. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.  Shipping and handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. 

Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges.  Please note that it may take up to an additional 14 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Please note the following when making your purchase:
- All marked down products are final sale.
- Coupon codes of 20% or higher are final sale.
- We are not able to apply discounts after purchase has taken place.
- Coupon codes do not apply during online sample sales.

- Only purchases made through our website are eligible for returns or exchanges if they qualify. Purchases made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange.

      We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
