We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced, unworn, and unwashed items within 10 business days of the delivery date.

All sale items discounted 20% off or greater are final sale.

We will notify you when we receive, inspect, and process your item(s). Worn or damaged product may be sent back to the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Purchases made using store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We will notify you when your refund has been issued. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Shipping fees from the original order are nonrefundable.

We provide pre-paid return shipping labels for domestic customers. A flat $10 shipping and restocking fee is deducted from your total refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels for international customers. Return shipping labels are purchased by the customer. Shipping fees, duties, and VAT are nonrefundable.
